Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY This sources sought is issued solely for informational, planning purposes, and to provide market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 is seeking sources to provide eye glasses to veterans' serviced by the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 geographical areas which include; Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado and portions of Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, and North Dakota. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) are encouraged to submit information regarding this service. This is a request for information only! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA does not intend to pay for information received. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contract Specialist by 3:00pm (Mountain Time) July 31, 2013. VA shall review information from which a requirement may or may not result.
