- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for this requirement using full and open competition procedures under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation. NAVAIR anticipates utilizing a single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract for this requirement. DRAFT RFP The DRAFT NSAWC CLS RFP less Sections L and M is hereby posted for industry review. Questions or comments are welcome anytime and shall be submitted in writing to Mr. Steven Preston, Contract Specialist, at steven.j.preston@navy.mil.
