- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC CraneThe Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for refurbishing the antenna positioning rail cart on an existing Antenna Measurement System consisting of: replacing motors with new motors that have built in tachometers, refurbishing/replacing synchros, replacing all wiring/cabling, replacing all electrical connectors, replacing limit switches, replacing drive belts, replacing and consolidating junction boxes, greasing and oiling gears and bearings, and Verification Acceptance Testing. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Solicitation Number N00164-13-T-GR48; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and/or NECO. Delivery is to be 180 days after receipt of contract. Final inspection and acceptance will be destination. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of sales warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
