- Draft PWS Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), Langley AFB, VA; NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SIRSI Corporation to provide maintenance/server support for 11 base libraries across the US. The Government intends on awarding a sole source award IAW 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) if no responses are received. All responses received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Tuesday, June 19, 2013. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
