- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This Request for Information DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ), nor does this restrict the Government's acquisition approach. No proposals are being requested or accepted as a result of this request. The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 541210 - Software Publishers. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking information for the capabilities of a commercialized web-based tool to support integration of project planning, public communications, and document management related to Integrated Water Resources (IWR) Management. A response is required from all interested parties as described in the following request for information: PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The sole purpose of this RFI is to provide the organization with information and edify its staff; it is not a formal competition. Thus, the information you provide in this RFI will be used to educate the USACE in your product offerings. DESCRIPTION OF INFORMATION REQUESTED All vendors with the capabilities to perform the services as outlined in the Draft Description of Services, attached are invited to submit a Capability Statement and their contact information. The Capability Statement should discuss the capabilities as they relate to the Draft Performance Work Statement and Requirements List. Provide any other necessary information for the government to ascertain your company's experience level and abilities. This includes demonstration of ability to complete contracts of similar scope and scale as the one demonstrated by the draft PWS. The capabilities statement should be no longer than 10 pages (8.5 quote mark X11 quote mark Times New Roman Font). In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
