Proposals shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Description: THIS IS A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR). Proposals are being requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). A proposal conference and site visit shall be held at the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) on June 21, 2013. Additionally, these events serve to encourage industry participation and afford potential offerors additional information through a question and answer session prior to proposal submission. Project specifications and drawings shall be incorporated into the TOPR which shall be posted electronically through FedBizOpps. Interested firms are encouraged to register via www.fbo.gov in order to view the formal solicitation when it is released.
