- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, intends to issue a solicitation for Heat Recovery Outdoor Units in the Memphis District on the Motor Vessel Mississippi. The work consists of the Contractor providing all personnel, equipment, and supplies to install two (2) 4 Ton Panasonic VRF (ECO-IVRF model # U-96M1UE or equal) heat recovery outdoor units on the Motor Vessel Mississippi located at 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38109. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. This solicitation will be issued on or about 13 JUN 2013.
