Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA119-13-Q-0011 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66, effective April 1, 2013. This requirement will be solicited as a Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside; the associated NAICS code is 334510 'Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing'; small business size standard of 500 employees. The Jamaica Plain - Boston Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) requires four (4) Olympus EVIS EXERA III Endoscopic Video Processing Systems; see brand-name justification, attached hereto. NOTE to Offerors: Offers shall note the lead time or approximate delivery date for items offered. Delivery shall be 30 days ARO; FOB Destination to Boston VAMC. The Government shall have 60 days to return the legacy, like-kind trade-in items to the manufacturer.
