Description: The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Office anticapates a firm fixed price sole source award to Council on Occupation Education for accreditation services, in support of the Naval Education and Training Command. The services are for contractor tasks for the continuance of accreditation status of Navy Learning Centers, as required by the Commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). The Council on Occupational Education (COE), the contractor, accreditation of a NETC Learning Center automatically covers all Learning Sites under that Center 冱 domain. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to COE. A formal solicitation will not be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
