- Statement of Work Sole Source Justification Letter NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS NOTICE UNTIL FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS NOTICE, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE WITH NO OBLIGATION TO INTERESTED PARTIES. THE CLAUSE AT FAR PART 52.232-18, AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984), WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO ANY RESULTING SOLICITATION. This is a Notice of Intent that the 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price, contract under statutory authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Circumstances Permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. The government intends to award a sole source fixed price contract to Hyland Software, Inc., 28500 Clemens Rd, Westlake, OH 44145-1145, to provide software maintenance services for Singularity Software IAW the attached Statement of Work for a base period from 1 Jul 2013 - 30 Sep 2013 and one option year from 1 Oct 2013 - 30 Sep 2014. If any interested parties believe they can fulfill this requirement, please provide a statement of interest to this office NLT 5:00 PM, CDT, on 24 June 2013. Electronic submissions are acceptable.
