Description
This synopsis is for the acquisition of (19 each) electronic handheld automotive maintenance diagnostic scan tools that will be procured through GSA E-Buy on RFQ788729. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) assigned to this acquisition is 334515. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendment or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Any questions in relation to this pre-solicitation notice can be submitted to Craig Kast at William.c.kast.civ@mail.mil. GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. Sellers may offer Open Market items only in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of their respective GSA Schedule AND upon approval from the soliciting Contracting Officer. Information regarding GSA Schedules can be found at www.GSA.gov. This firm-fixed-price supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 8, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation procedures. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the GSA eBuy website on or about 17 June 2013 with proposals due by 21 June 2013. It is incumbent upon all interested Offerors to review the GSA eBuy web site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Telephone requests for information will not be allowed. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management System (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in order to be eligible for award.
