THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Project No. 520-13-131, Install Charging Stations Bldgs. 1, 25 and 48, Biloxi, MS. The cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 July 2013. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be available. Performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 and the size standard is $14.0M.
