- An Unrestricted, Non-Commercial solicitation for the following is to be issued: Dehydrator Cartridge, NSN 4440-01-598-3698, annual estimated quantity 805 each and the Dehydrator Unit, NSN 4440-01-598-3687, annual estimated quantity 600 each. Small Business Set-Asides do NOT apply. The solicitation will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a two-year base and three (3) one-year options. Economic Price Adjustment provisions will be included in the solicitation and Cost and Pricing data will be required with initial offers. Award will be made to the responsible offeror offering the lowest evaluated price whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. Deliveries will be FOB Destination to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock) and directly to customers as needed. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER July 1, 2013. Copies of the RFP/Solicitation can be obtained AFTER July 1, 2013 by accessing: http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFP/IFBs" from the top menu bar. Then search by the solicitation number you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
