- SYNOPIS FOR FIRM FIXED PRICE = FFP This solicitation SPE4A7-13-R-1365; NSN: 1680-01-125-2841 PR Number: 0048375875. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Control Winglock, F/A-18 P/N 7-43426-5. "Part Number Item", Specifications, Plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will be solicited Unrestricted, on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Quantity is for Eighty (80 Ea). Approved Source(s): Triumph Controls, LLC CAGE 78710, P/N 7-43426-5. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 205 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. This NSN has Export control and Configuration Control requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is on or about 5 July 2013. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Small Business Sub-Contracting Plans is required if the offeror is a Large Business and your total proposed pricing exceeds $650,000. Certified Cost & Price data in accordance with FAR 15.403-1(c)(1)(i) is required if your total proposed pricing exceeds $700,000. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
