- Delineated Area Map REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, Waldo County office in Belfast, Maine, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately, 2,900 to 3,355 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A office space together with 40, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,800 usable square feet (USF). DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an area bounded on the North by the intersection of Rt. 131 & 7 (Evens Corner), on the East by the intersection of Lincolnville Rd. & Rt. 1, on the South by the Belfast City Limits (Hunt Rd/Hart Rd), on the West by Belmont corner intersection of Rt. 131 & 3. TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within twelve (12) months of lease award. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner of manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. 1.
