- Zambia LCP Uganda LCP Tanzania LCP Sudan LCP Rwanda LCP DRC LCP Djibouti LCP Burundi LCP Kenya LCP DRAFT CDCS Framework Responses to Questions Amendment 1 SOL-615-13-000015 Ladies/Gentlemen: USAID/Kenya invites proposals from interested parties for the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for evaluation services and program support for USAID/Kenya and USAID/East Africa health programs. Organizations eligible to compete for the program are strongly encouraged to carefully review the RFP and submit proposals in accordance with Section L of the RFP. Instructions and deadlines for submitting questions and proposal are indicated in the attached letter and RFP. USAID has received a number of questions and answers from interested offerors. Amendment 1 has been added to attach the questions and answers and amend the RFP. USAID strongly encourages small businesses to submit proposals.
