- Draft NSTec Fire and Rescue Vehicle Inventory Draft Fire Engine 3 Refurbishment Specification This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify qualified Small Business concerns including 8(a) Program, HUBZone Program, SDVOSB Program, or WOSB Program that are capable of providing the requirements as specified below. National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec) does not intend to award a subcontract on the basis of responses, nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. Based on responses to this notice, NSTec will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) no later than June 27, 2013. The NAICS code is 811111 General Automotive Repair. The Small Business Standard is $7.0 million. This requirement is for the refurbishment and recertification of Fire. It is anticipated that a single indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity subcontract will be awarded. The proposed subcontract will be for five (5) years. Interested parties may submit responses via electronic email to Edwin L. Martin II Senior Procurement Specialist via E-mail at martine1@nv.doe.gov no later than 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) June 24, 2013. We request that interested parties respond with a capability statement, demonstrating their ability to provide this requirement. The capability statement must address the following: • Company name, complete address and phone number • Point(s) of Contact, name, phone number and E-mail address. Your firm's experience performing work of a similar size and scope within the last three years, include the attached "Experience Statement"
