- This requirement is for NSN 6620-00-065-3235, Transmitter, Pressure which is identified by Specification NR MIL-T-7748E (2) NOT 1, Revision NR E, dated August 30, 1999, Part Piece Number: MS281131-10T The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Only offers from SDVOSB will be considered. The estimated annual quantity is 12 each. First Article Testing by Contractor is required. Offers will be solicited with a production delivery of 96 days ARO. Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program applies. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
