- Attachment VI- DOL Wage Determination Attachment V- Emergency Control/Fire Plan Attachment IV-Field Construction Manual for Stone Strong Systems Attachment III- Shop drawings & Installation instructions Attachment II- Maps/drawings Attachment I - Specifications Solicitation (SF 1442) The Pike National Forests intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove an existing trail bridge, approach steps, and abutments; pick up/deliver a government furnished 61' - 10" steel truss superstructure and install with concrete abutments, trail approaches and riprap scour protection. Description of work: Remove an existing trail bridge, approach steps, and abutments. Pick up a government furnished 61' - 10" steel truss superstructure from the Lake George Work Center, 140 Trail Creek Rd., Lake George, CO and deliver to the Twin Eagles Campground (approx. 20 miles). Install the 61' -10" steel truss superstructure with concrete abutments, trail approaches and riprap scour protection. Location: This project is located at the Twin Eagles Campground in the South Park Ranger District, Park County. No site visit will be scheduled Price Range: $25,000-$100,000 Small Business set aside NAICS 237310 Size standard $33.5 million Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit will be required within 10 days of contract award. Period of performance: Contractor shall complete all work within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Offerors must be registerd in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://www.sam.gov Offerors must respond to all criteria requested. Offerors who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. Proposals will be due on July 18, 2013, 12:00 pm (noon)MST.
