- Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota is seeking sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposed in accordance with provided in this sources sought synopsis. All interested parties are invited to provide information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. Interested parties are requested to submit product specifications that shall include: CONTRACTOR INFORMATION: - Name - Address - Point of Contact (POC) - Product Technical Expert contact information - CAGE Code - Website, if applicable - A description of relevant product equivalency **Responses are due NOT LATER THAN 4:30PM MST, FRIDAY, 21 JUNE 2013, and shall only be submitted electronically to: SIOUZANN.LENDE@ELLSWORTH.AF.MIL.** Primary Government Point of Contact: Airman First Class Siouzann R. Lende. Questions relevant to this notice shall be sent electronically to the above email address. NO PHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. All communication shall be in writing and submitted electronically with reference "Network Switch and Hardware." Interested companies are encouraged to provide other solutions that may meet the required specifications and/or functional description.
