- J&A W58RGZ-12-R-0323 NOMENCLATURE: Data Interface Unit, OH-58D less than br greater than INPUT NSN / PART NUMBER: 7025-01-538-1016 / A1111000000 less than br greater than OUTPUT NSN / PART NUMBER: 7025-01-538-1016 / A1111000000 less than br greater than ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: 12 Minimum - 125 Maximum (25 FMS) less than br greater than less than br greater than The contractual action is a Four (4) year, Firm Fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity of each asset includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. These items are non-commercial; FAR Part 12 was not utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. Technical data was not available to support a competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) IS required. This procurement was restricted to the following approved source: GE Aviation Systems, LLC (CAGE 058R3), 14200 Roosevelt Boulevard, Clearwater, FL 33762-3805.
