- The purpose and intent of this solicitation: Humboldt-Toiyabe is seeking quotes for a Tracked Mounted Horizontal Shaft Crusher. Rental period will be 2 weeks. The Crusher will be used to recycle asphalt and produce a 1'minus product. The unit will be used at approx. 8,000 feet in elevation. Project Location: This machine will be operated on the Humbolbt-Toiyabe National Forest in the Spring Mountain Recreation Area. The Crusher shall be delivered on July 9th 2013 by 11a.m. to: Lee Canyon Road, Nevada, North side of highway 156 at mile marker 2.5. The Crusher will then be picked up approx. 3p.m. on July 22nd 2013. NAICS: 532412, $30.0M-Total Small Business Set aside
