- Brazil New Consulate Offices (Recife, Belo Horizonte, and Porto Alegre) THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting submissions to pre-qualify HubZone firms for construction services for the construction of new consulate offices at the U.S. Consulate Recife, U.S. Consulate Belo Horizonte, and the U.S. Consulate Porto Alegre in Brazil. The projects will consist of constructing renovations to leased office space to house U.S. Diplomatic functions.
