- State of Idaho Worker's Compensation Form High Corral Map High Corral Drawings High Corral Road Decommissioning Solicitation Package, refer to page 2 for instruction on submitting quote. Map, drawings, and State of Idaho Worker's Comp form are uploaded as seperate documents Scope of Contract. This project is one of the implementation projects of the Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Project (CFLRP). The goal of the CFLRP project is to utilize collaborative, science based ecosystem restoration techniques to improve watershed function while encouraging ecological, economic and social sustainability with an emphasis on providing local employment opportunities. This contract requires road decommissioning, vegetation mastication and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. a. Description of Work. The High Corral Road Decommissioning project consists of decommissioning approximately 10-14 miles of road. Road decommissioning treatments range from drainage structure removal to strong outslopes and complete recontouring. Roadways will be decompacted as described in worklists. All fill material in draws will be removed and stream channels restored to natural grade and dimensions. All disturbed areas will be seeded. In addition, native forbs and shrubs will be transplanted from areas adjacent to the road. Grade control structures will be constructed in newly reconstructed stream channels. b. Project Location. The project is located southeast of Kooskia, Idaho. From Kooskia travel south on Highway 13 for 11 miles to the junction of the Sally Ann Road. Turn left and travel 3.5 miles east to Clearwater, Idaho. Turn left on Main St and follow for 1 mile, then turn right onto Road 650. Follow road 650 to the FS boundary and the junction of Forest Road 1106. This is the beginning of the project area. c. Pre-Bid Tour. No pre-bid tour. d. Start Work. It is estimated that work will begin on July 29, 2013. The contractor shall give 14 days notice prior to starting any work. Contractor must have 75% or 8.0 miles decommissioned no later than October 31, 2013. All work must be completed by August 1, 2014. e. Period of performance. (See page 12, FAR Clause 52.211-10) HUBZone Set-Aside. This acquisition has been set-aside for HUBZone Concerns (see FAR 52.219-3, Notice of Total HUBZone Set-Aside in Section I). Quoter must be a certified HUBZone Concern with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
