- RFQ for Lease or Purchase of one copier The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) Area Service Center located in Peachtree City, Georgia has a requirement to replace one color copier for a period of performance from September 30, 2013 through 29 September 2014 with four 1 year option periods. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government will use the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. The following standards shall be used to evaluate offers: Offeror must meet or exceed the technical salient characteristics in CLIN 0001 and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in order to be considered technically acceptable: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) will be used in the evaluation of both Lease and Purchase options for those meeting the minimum technical requirement established in CLIN 0001 and the Performance Work Statement. This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing.
