- Limited Source Justification The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), intends to establish a single-award, Blanket Purchase Agreement with, Aon Consulting, Inc, 1120 20th Street, NW, South Lobby Suite 600, Washington, DC 20036, against their GSA Federal Supply Schedule, number GS-02F-0023N. The resultant agreement will fulfill the FBI's recurring requirement to obtain consulting services in support of the FBI's Leadership Skills Assessment. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program (41 U.S.C. 251, et seq, and 40 U.S.C 501). The justification and approval for the use of sources limited to fewer than those required in Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-1 is attached. This is not a request for competitive quotes or information; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
