Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN 6) Network Contracting Office, for the Salisbury VA Medical Center intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Scriptpro USA, Inc. for the purchase of Multiplextors and field conversion for its existing Scriptpro pharmaceutical/ medication dispensing equipment. The equipment components and software upgrade are on Scriptpro's FSS contract V797-4237B. NAICS code 339113 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for additional products/upgrades for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of Intent is being posted in compliance with FAR 8.405 and Far 5.301. This notice is not a request for quotations and no solicitation will be made available. Limited Source Justification is attached.
