Response Date extended to 28 Jun 2013 @ 4:00 pm CDST. *************** Solicitation documents attached -- 6 attached files compile the total package. This notice is a pre-solicitation notice only. There is nothing required at this time for offerors to do. This proposed contract is Set Aside for Small Business. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a competitive Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) anticipated as a result of a Solicitation to provide a full range of Sanitation Facilities Construction (SFC) services (NAICS 237110) for the Albuquerque area of the Indian Health Service (IHS) to be accessed by the issuance of Task Orders. Task Orders will be awarded for projects up to $2 million. IHS plans to include the following evaluation factors and sub-factors: 1) Past Performance; 2) Experience/Technical Ability; and 3) Professional Qualifications; 4) Key Personnel and Project Team; 5) SBA Socio-Economic Status; and Price. In using this approach, the Government seeks to award from four to six (4 to 6) contracts to Small Business Firms to compete for construction projects. Task Orders will be awarded pursuant to Fair Opportunity, in accordance with FAR 16.505. The Government will award a Seed Project concurrent with the award of the MACC solicitation as part of the award process for the MACCs. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be advertised by 30 Apr 2013 with a pre-proposal meeting in the early part of May 2013. Any documents related to this procurement will be available via the Internet only. No hard copies will be available, nor will telephone requests be accepted. Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of all documents pertaining to this solicitation. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any information in special notices or solicitation amendments. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be set at the time the full solicitation is posted, but will not be less than 30 calendar days from the date of posting the full solicitation.
