Description
Sources are sought for a reverse engineering effort for Sikorsky Part Number 70207-83003-007, Transition Surround which is used on the Coast Guard's MH-60T aircraft. The Coast Guard is seeking sources with full capability to provide dimensional drawings, specifications, tooling and fixtures for future manufacture of the aforementioned part number. All data, drawings, specifications, fixtures and tooling developed/resulting from this effort will become the property of the U.S. Coast Guard. The Transition Surround requires tooling that can be pressed and formed to match the contour of the aircraft's exterior. The Coast Guard will provide one (1) sample item upon contract award.
