Description
Amendment 3. June 18, 2013 Amendment 3 shall serve to revise Part b) Section IX. Timing & Process. The Estimated Contract Award Date shall be on or before August 15, 2013. Amendment 2. June 7, 2013 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 1PZ-13-0008 for Appraisal Services for Parcel A-2 at Fort Monroe, VA, is hereby amended. Please review Amendment 2 to the RFQ and Amendment 2 to the SOW. Amendment 2 contains the following changes to the Request for Quotes (RFQ): a) GSA Contracting Officer Representative (COR) is now Giselle Rubiera, 617-565-5841, giselle.rubiera@gsa.gov. b) QUOTE SUBMISSION. Offerors shall submit quotes electronically in Microsoft Word or PDF, to GSA Program Analyst Lawanda Maryland Lawanda.maryland@gsa.gov for consideration. c) QUOTE SUBMISSION. All quotes shall be submitted no later than Wednesday June 19, 2013, 4:30pm ET Close of Business. d) All reference to review the Scope of Work, now includes for review the “Amendment 2 Fort Monroe Parcel A-2 Appraisal Services Scope of Work” Amendment 2 contains the following changes to the Scope of Work: a) Section VII Appraiser Qualifications. The contract appraiser is not required to hold a current MAI membership designation from the Appraisal Institute. b) Section IX. Timing & Process. The Estimated Contract Award Date is now No Later than June 28, 2013. All other items in RFQ, SOW and Exhibits remain unchanged. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ AMENDMENT #1 - This Solicitation #:1PZ-13-0008 is amended to correct the NOTICE TITLE: Appraisal Services for Parcel A-2 at Fort Monroe, VA (not Fort Monroe, NJ ). All else remains UNCHANGED. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Real Property Utilization and Disposal Division (1PZ), Region 1 (GSA), is seeking a small business firm to provide timely real estate appraisal services to GSA and the US Army (Army) to assist in the disposal of a portion the former US Army Installation Fort Monroe in Virginia (the Property), GSA Control #: VA-00012-S. The Property consists of Parcel A-2 and contains 38.961 acres and 37 buildings and structures located in the north central portion of Fort Monroe. Please review attached Request for Quotes (RFQ), Scope of Work (SOW), and SOW Exhibits A - G. Offerors shall submit quotes electronically in Microsoft Word or PDF, to GSA Program Analyst Lawanda Maryland Lawanda.maryland@gsa.gov for consideration. All quotes shall be submitted no later than Wednesday June 19, 2013, 4:30pm ET Close of Business.
