- SYNOPSIS OF AWARD The Department of Veterans Affairs, Denver Acquisition and Logistic Center (DALC), 555 Corporate Circle, Golden, CO 80401, has awarded 23 contracts against solicitation number VA-791-13-R-0019. These contracts are for Nationwide Dialysis Services to be provided in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, where the contractors' facilities are located. The evaluation phase is complete and the awards in reference to the subject solicitation were signed on June 14, 2013. The following information is provided: 1.
