- Department of State, AF Posts, American Embassy Nairobi, Kenya Solicitation Number: SKE500-13-R-0005 Please note that the solicitation has not been issued. The requirement is for the providing of garbage collection services to the U.S. Embassy Nairobi, Kenya. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. Please see the RFP for the actual date. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
