- This purpose of this announcement is to notify industry that Solicitation W91260-13-R-0001 was released and issued on Friday, 19 June 2013. Proposals for this solicitation are due not later than 5:00PM mountain time on Monday, 19 August 2013. To obtain explicit access to the solicitation and supporting documents, please perform the following steps: 1. Complete, sign, and return by email the attached Technical Data Package request 2. Logged into FBO and navigate to the solicitation (W91260-13-R-0001) 3. Click on the quote mark explicit access quote mark button 4. Interested party will receive an email notification once the request is approved or rejected.
