- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Northern Virginia Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: From the intersection of Interstate-66 and US Route 50 (Lee Jackson Memorial Highway) in a easterly direction to State Route 236 (Main Street) to State Route 236 (Little River Turnpike) to Duke Street ending at the intersection of Duke Street and South Patrick Street/US Route 1. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Duke Street and South Patrick Street/US Route 1 in a southerly direction to US Route 1 (Richmond Highway) ending at the intersection of US Route 1 (Richmond Highway) and State Route 642 (Lorton Road). Southern Boundary: From the intersection of US Route 1 (Richmond Highway) and State Route 642 (Lorton Road) in a northwesterly direction to State Route 611 (Furnace Road) to State Route 123 (Ox Road) to Fairfax County Parkway North (State Route 7100) ending at the intersection of Fairfax County Parkway (State Route 7100) and Interstate-66. Western Boundary: From the intersection of Fairfax County Parkway (State Route 7100) and Interstate-66 in a northeasterly direction ending at the intersection of Interstate-66 and State Route 50 (Lee Jackson Memorial Highway). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 50,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 50,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): 20 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 5 Additional Requirements: -Minimum 22’ ceiling height -Minimum of 6 loading docks -Minimum loading dock dimensions: 9’ high, 8’ wide -Minimum column spacing of 30’ X 30' -Approximately 7,000 ABOASF of conditioned office space required. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
