Description

The Indian Health Service, in accordance with FAR 6.301.1 (only one responsible source and no other supples or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Carestream Health Inc. of Rochester, New York for a 4-way elevating radiology table to add to existing room at the Anadarko Indian Health Clinic. This will include the removal of existing digital radiology wall stand, new equipment installation, destination setup, calibration and acceptance, DR accessories, wall stand drive system, wall stand rail system, 4 Way table and DR full project management support for the current digital radiology system upgrade. NAICS 423450 applies; the small business size standard is 100 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitaton or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination to compete is solely with the descretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on July 3, 2013.
