- Industry Day Driving Directions Draft Statement of Work In accordance with FAR Part 10, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of performing services to support the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) treaty escort mission. DTRA is soliciting for program management, qualified CWC treaty escorts, drivers, vehicles, and housing support for the DTRA/OPCW Technical Secretariat (TS) inspection teams (ITs) at the Pueblo, Colorado, and Bluegrass, Kentucky, Chemical Weapons Destruction Facilities (CWDFs). As a result, DTRA/J3OSC is conducting an Industry Day to provide industry with an overview of the J3OSC CWC mission support requirements and to foster interest and enhanced competition among potential offerors.
