- Solicitation Document for SPE300-13-R-1017 Attachment to Solicitation Document for SPE300-13-R-1017 This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk and Other Dairy Items for customers in the New Jersey area. Customers in these areas include: McGuire AFB, NJ, Ft. Dix, NJ, the 177th Air Force Reserve, NJ, Visiting U.S. Coast Guard Ships to Cape May, NJ, Naval Weapons System Detachment at Earle, NJ, and the U.S. Coast Guard Station at Staten Island, New York These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Milk and Other Dairy Items for delivery beginning September 29, 2013 through October 1, 2016. The contract period will be thirty-six (36) months. There will be two pricing tiers in the contract. Tier 1 will include years 1 and 2 of the contract and Tier 2 will include year 3 of the contract. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for all fluid milk items and prices for all other items will be firm fixed. Year 3 of the solicitation will offer tiered pricing for fixed price non-fluid milk items. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support Philadelphia. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date: June 19, 2013.
