Driving Directions Exit Survey Large/Small Matchmaker Sessions Exit Survey Small Bus Vendor Day Application for Large/Small Business Matchmaker Exhibitor Application The Maxwell AFB Small Business Office invites small businesses in education and training, construction, communications, electronic products, medical services, safety and security, office supplies, furniture and office design, logistics support, information technology supplies and services, janitorial supplies and services; base support and other miscellaneous supplies and services, to participate in the 2013 Maxwell AFB Small Business Vendor Day to be held at the Maxwell Club on Thursday, 25 July 2013, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, AL. The purpose of the event is to highlight small business capabilities and allow buyers, contracting officers, technical personnel, and private industry representatives, the opportunity to visit with small business vendors in a focused environment. This is an opportunity for your small business to exhibit your capabilities to meet the mission of Maxwell AFB. This year's event will also include a matchmaker session, by appointment only, for small business industry partners to network with large business industry partners and discuss potential teaming opportunities. If you are a large business you are invited ONLY to participate in the separate matchmaker sessions to be scheduled with the small businesses. More information on Maxwell's mission can be found at http://www.maxwell.af.mil. Application packages must be received in 42CONS/CCB by 11 July 2013. Exhibition space is limited and only small businesses registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) will be permitted to exhibit. Approximately thirty five (35) exhibition tables will be available. For the Large/Small Business Matchmaker sessions there are approximately 15 spaces for large business participants and appointments will be scheduled in 10 minute intervals with interested small businesses. There is NO FEE for this event. ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY FOR EXHIBITS MAY OR MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE. If you are interested in exhibiting, please complete the attached application package and send it to: 42CONS/CCB, ATTN: 2013 MAXWELL AFB SMALL BUSINESS VENDOR DAY, 50 LEMAY PLAZA SOUTH, BLDG 804, MAXWELL AFB, AL 36112 or via e-mail to marsha.goodman@us.af.mil. Additional instructions are attached to this notice. Applications will be evaluated and selections will be made to ensure representation from various small business categories and capabilities that can support the Maxwell AFB mission. Exhibition will be by selection only. You will be notified of your selection or non-selection by 12 July 2013. Participant selection decisions are at the sole discretion of the Small Business Office and are final.
