- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-13-T-5006, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 52.232-18 AND 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335122. The size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Service Code is 6210. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011 seeks to purchase items only for Upgrading Lighting Base wide. Project involves procurement of specified lighting fixtures for the replacement of building wall packs, and select interior bay lighting according to the attached plans and specifications. This is for commodities only; install will be done by Government Electricians. Selected vendor will assist Government in the procurement of any energy rebates that are available from XCEL Energy. Vendor must accept used fixtures to turn in for recycling and documents will be submitted to Contracting Officer. THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT. Questions on attached specs are due into Contracting Office by 7 June 2:00 PM MST. Answers will be posted by 12 June 2:00 PM MST. Proposals are due into Contracting office NLT 21 June 2013 2:00 MST. Dates may change as specifications are updated.
