This activity proposes to negotiate a noncompetitive award (sole source) with LPG Consulting, Inc., P.O. Box 18, 21 E. Ferguson, Wood River, IL 62095 for a KapSafe recapper for architect racks and five bags of Kapsafe caps. Delivery will be eight weeks after receipt of order. Award is anticipated no later than June 28, 2013. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The justification and approval will be posted within 15 days of contract award.
