- DESCRIPTION: ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Joan Detchemendy, Contract Specialist, email: joan.r.detchemendy.civ@mail.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX3F0429AX; NOUN: Screw, Close Toleran; NSN: 5305-01-550-0500; P/N: SS5305-1S11; Minimum Base Quantity: 10,000 each with 10,000 each for each option for a total maximum quantity of 30,000 each; 3 year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Basic + 2 Options type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article Requirement is 10,000 each 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10,000 each year until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 10,000 each 150 DACA and 10,000 each year until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
