- Purchase Request number SC1000011355, LBA, AH-64-D LONGBOW, Solicitation Number SPE4A6-13-R-1201, This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement consisting of a base and four option years. This requirement will be solicited Unrestricted, Other Than Full & Open Competition, Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Boeing Company, CAGE 8V613, part number HS5994-03. The approved source is ALCOA GLOBAL FASTENERS, CAGE 29372. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 1713 each for base year only. Minimum Order Quantity for base and options is 1713 each; Maximum Order Quantity is 3595 each for base and options; Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) for base and options is 3595. The delivery schedule for the base and option years is 68 days ARO. Surge and sustainment is required for 209 each Monthly Wartime Rate (MWR). The anticipated issue date is July 05,2013 & closing date of August 05, 2013. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will be utilized to evaluate past performance if required..
