Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs ("VA"), VISN 22, Network Contracting Office, has a requirement concerning provision of Community Based Residential Beds and Services for Homeless Veterans in the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS). Housing and treatment Services shall be provided in accordance with VA policy and regulations. It is the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis of Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will include a base year (one year from date of award), with four (4) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13 and FAR Part 15. NAICS is 624229, Size Standard $14.0 Million.
