Description
Sources Sought: The Government is requesting information pertaining to Educational and Training Support Services for the Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization (SATMO) Responses to this Sources Sought are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is for market research purposes only. Respondents should not submit any proprietary information when responding to this Sources Sought. Respondents should also note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents regarding any responses to this request. Respondents must submit capability statements that clearly define the firm's ability to perform the work stated in this Sources Sought in conjunction with the DRAFT Performance Work Statement and Sample Task. Services to be performed: The Contractor shall provide personnel with equivalent skills to train or technically assist U.S. Allies on any military subject, doctrine or system equipment such as: aviation, special operations forces, helicopter maintenance, comprehensive training, explosive ordnance, medical, and training with like similarities, at any level from basic rifle marksmanship to how to be a Minister of Defense. Training shall include the development or tailoring of training materials, modified course training, training and advisory assistance, and Foreign visitor accommodation services. The contractor personnel shall form or be a part of a U.S. Army team that deploys to the allied nation to perform the mission. Team skills and experience (or equivalent) will normally start at the E-7 Sergeant First Class (SFC) level, and will rarely exceed the grade of Colonel (0-6). Foreign Trainees will generally range from recruit to general officer, and will normally complete groups from Squad to Brigade size. The typical performance period will last from two weeks to three years. Language skills are required for some missions. Skills will normally be Army-related, but may include skills related to other services or joint operations. The designated NAICS Code is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, size standard is $10M. Your response shall include the following information: Size of company (i.e., Large, 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), Revenue for the last three years, Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back three (3) years and your company's capability statement of performing this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. The Contract Type is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, with a base period of 12 months and four (4) 1-yr option periods. All responses must include the following information: Company Name; Company Address; Company Business Size; and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, and e-mail address.
