- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-13-T-0148. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-66 (1 April 2013). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 811219 with a small business size standard of $19 million. This requirement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Submissions that do not meet the small business requirement will not be considered. The Government intends to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to procure calibration and repair services to multitude of radiac instruments in support of the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) located on Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The IDIQ will have an order period of a base year and two, one year option periods for a total of three years. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Equipment List (Exhibit 1) for details. The Equipment List divides the instruments into four groups: Standard Calibration; Field Kit; Pocket Dosimeter; and Digital Dosimeter. The minimum ordering quantity for each section per year is as follows: Section 1, Standard Calibration: Minimum of 30 instruments Section 2, Field Kit: Minimum of 8 instruments Section 3, Pocket Dosimeter: Minimum of 30 instruments Section 4, Digital Dosimeter: There is no minimum for this section Instructions to Offerors: Offerors shall submit price proposals IAW with the CLIN structure below. Please see the attached Instructions to Offers for further details on proposal requirements. CLIN 0001 Standard Calibration The contractor shall perform calibration and repair services for all instruments in the Standard Calibration group on the equipment list. Quantity: 1 Unit: Each Unit Price: CLIN 0002 Field Kit The contractor shall perform calibration and repair services for all instruments in the Field Kit group on the equipment list. Quantity: 1 Unit: Each Unit Price: CLIN 0003 Pocket Dosimeter The contractor shall perform calibration and repair services for all instruments in the Pocket Dosimeter group on the equipment list.
