Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement to purchase (1) COT, Ambulance, Motorized Stretcher and Accessories for use in transporting patients. The Solicitation and resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The Solicitation is issued as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Quotes from vendors other than SDVOSB will not be evaluated. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued on 6/20/2013 with responses due on 6/26/2013, 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFQ shall provide an e-mail response by the due date indicated on the Solicitation. Only e-mail responses received by the due date will be accepted.
