- Brand Name Justification letter Mandatory ESI Source Letter Air Force Test Center, Installation Contracting, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price order for IBM Rational Doors Authorized User Licenses and IBM Rational Rhapsody software to immixTechnology, Inc. of Mclean, VA 22102, Cage: 3CA29, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. immixTechnology is the sole source for IBM software based off of the DoD ESI mandated contract DABL01-03-A-1006 in accordance with PGI 208.7430(1). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 423430, small business size standard: 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. Responses shall be submitted electronically to erika.martin@eglin.af.mil concerning this acquisition.
