- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Phoenix Delineated Area: North: Camelback, East: N. 7th St.; South: railroad tracks; West: N. 7th Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 51,755 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 54,343 Space Type: Office & Other Parking Spaces (Total): 84 Parking Spaces (Surface): 84 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 84 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous; parking secured; additional requirements provided at a later date. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Phoenix, AZ, that will be expiring. TheGovernment is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
