- Description
- This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to INDUSTRIAL PRECAST INC. for 8 EA (160' TOTAL), 5"X10'X20' CONCRETE PANELS, and 8 ea 6'X4' BASES. Requirement includes delivery and placement of panels on site. These products/services are needed to maintain the form, fit, and functional characteristics of existing equipment currently being used. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to support this requirement no later than 08 July 2013, 1100, by email to lou.hemmings@navsoc.socom.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes are due by 07-08-2013, 1100 a.m..
