Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice is not a solicitation. The Grand Junction Colorado VA Medical Center is issuing this pre-solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.102. The Contractor's duties shall include, but not be limited to: diagnostic medical testing and analysis of services of sleep related respiratory disturbances using a portable unattended home sleep testing device. These Home Sleep Testing Devices will be provided to veteran patients referred by the Grand Junction VA Medical Center. The Contractor must also provide a comprehensive sleep study report from the data collected by the Home Sleep Testing Device. The report must include information regarding respiratory movement, heart rate, and oxygen saturation. The Contractor must provide enough information so that the Apnea Index and Hyoponea Index can be calculated. The Contractor will also be responsible for providing a portable pulse oximeter testing device that can be used during sleep. Lastly the Contractor shall provide the instruction as how to use the sleep study devices to the referred veterans. The Contractor is also responsible for all maintenance and sanitation of their provided sleep study devices. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621511. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
